The light set combines a powerful front light, a bright rear light, smart wireless synchronisation, an anti-glare beam pattern and a durable all-metal construction. The result is a complete lighting solution that improves visibility, increases riding safety and makes using the lights exceptionally easy, even while riding.
Smart cooperation between front and rear lights
The BC28R makes using your lights exceptionally easy. The rear light works wirelessly together with the front light, allowing you to control the light set directly from the front light without having to stop or look behind you. The front light also shows the rear light’s operating mode in real time, so you always know at a glance which mode the rear light is using.
The bright red rear light improves visibility to traffic approaching from behind from up to 100 metres away. This increases safety especially during commuting, road cycling and in low-light conditions.
The rear light’s five operating modes provide versatile lighting options for different riding situations: 10 lm steady light, 10 lm flashing light, 10 lm rapid flashing light, 20 lm steady light and 20 lm flashing light. The long runtime of up to 15 hours is achieved with the 10 lm rapid flashing mode.
Powerful light without unnecessary glare
The BC28R front light illuminates the road powerfully and broadly while also taking other road users into account. The anti-glare cut-off beam pattern directs the light in a controlled way onto the road surface, maintaining excellent visibility without unnecessarily dazzling oncoming cyclists, pedestrians or drivers.
The wide 92-degree lighting angle helps you detect road edges, obstacles, intersections and hazards appearing in corners in good time. This provides better control, especially in dark urban environments and on varied routes.
Useful daytime running light
The BC28R is not only intended for riding in darkness and low light – it also features an effective 600/50 lm daytime running light mode that improves the cyclist’s visibility in bright daylight. The daytime light helps drivers, pedestrians and other road users notice the cyclist in good time, even in busy traffic, at intersections and in changing weather conditions. This makes the BC28R an excellent choice for year-round use – also during the daytime.

The BC28R is easy to install without tools and fits the handlebars of all types of bicycles. The light can also be mounted upside down with the Fenix ALD-10 GoPro mount, sold separately.
