Warranty and Returns
FENIXSTORE.SE observes the responsibilities stipulated in the Consumer Protection Act.
The warranty period varies between different products, as specified in the product information. The warranty period starts from the date on the receipt. In case of warranty claims, the product, essentially only the component suspected to be defective, is sent to us for examination. It is typically repaired or replaced with a completely new one if the warranty is justified. We cover the return shipping for warranty cases within Sweden only. Customers outside Sweden are responsible for all shipping and related expenses. Keep the receipt safe as it is required for claims.
The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty does not cover product misuse, normal wear and tear, or consumable parts such as O-rings and gaskets etc., customer-modified products, installation errors, any damages caused e.g. by leaked batteries etc., neglect of instructions, or damage to products caused by other faulty actions. The warranty covers defective components, associated labor, and shipping costs within Sweden only. The warranty does not cover any potential reinstallation costs for the replaced part covered by the warranty. A product warranty replacement does not extend the original warranty period of the product.
All disputes related to the order or delivery must be submitted within seven days after receiving the order to our customer service.
30-day right of withdrawal and free return
We offer a full 30-day right of withdrawal instead of the 14 days specified in consumer law! If the product does not meet your expectations or if you change your mind, you can return the product you have ordered.
If your issue concerns warranty or a complaint, please contact our customer service before returning any products. This allows us to process your return quickly and smoothly.
Before returning, contact our customer service at kundservice(at)fenixstore.se. The customer service provides information on how the return is carried out. Note! The product must be resaleable (the product must not have been used in any way, it must be flawless, and it must be returned in undamaged original packaging if possible). We reserve the right not to approve the return if the product is not entirely resaleable.
Note! An order must always be picked up from the pick-up point, even if it is to be returned. Refusing to pick up your order is not a valid right of withdrawal.

- The items must be flawless, unused, and in original sales packaging. All accompanying labels, tags, and instructions related to the product must be included. Note that, for example, the packaging for a flashlight is the lamp's sales packaging and therefore cannot be used as a postal package.
- Return shipping is free for our shipments in Sweden. For customers from other countries, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related expenses.
- The right of withdrawal also applies to discounted products.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to engraved or other individualized products.
- The right of withdrawal is valid only if the product is in its original condition.
- For unclaimed or undelivered shipments, we charge costs. The costs consist of the default price of the chosen delivery method + the return cost, which is the same as the original shipping cost for the order.
- For returns that do not meet the return conditions or are unjustified, we will send back the product/products to you and also charge handling, return, and shipping costs (200 SEK).
How do I return the product?
- Always fill out the product return form here, and you will receive a return label. The return is free in Sweden. Customers outside Sweden are responsible for all shipping and related expenses. Please note that we do not reimburse any shipping costs if you do not use our return label, for example, if you pay for the shipping yourself.
- Package the product in its original packaging and in the same box we sent it in (if possible). Do not mark or tape on the return label or product packaging!
- Go to the nearest Postnord service point with the shipment. Keep your receipt until the return has been processed and approved!
It takes up to 14 days from the time you submit your package to the logistics partner until the return is processed in our warehouse. Even if the tracking link shows that your return has already been received by us, we may need this time to process your return. Afterward, it may take up to 5 days before you see your refund in your account.
