Registered Individuals

The register includes all fenixstore.se customers who have registered as customers of the online store or placed an order. The register also includes people who have contacted fenixstore.se's customer service via the online store, phone, email, or in-store and provided their data during the order or contact. Email addresses provided for newsletter subscriptions are stored in a separate register used for marketing communications.

  • From customer-initiated contact. The contact can occur via phone, email, chat, Messenger, or other internet applications.
  • Through surveys or interviews in which the customer has participated

Regular Disclosure of Data

We disclose certain essential data to third parties to fulfill obligations related to order delivery. Third parties include:

  • Logistics partners delivering the shipment to the customer's chosen location
  • Invoice operators
  • Product suppliers in the case of direct deliveries
  • Customs, in case of tax-free purchases
  • Collection agencies when an invoice is overdue and sent for collection

The customer may request anonymization or removal of their personal data from our register. However, some data may be subject to longer retention due to legal obligations (e.g. accounting and consumer protection laws).

Data Processors

Access to personal data is granted only to FENIXSTORE.SE's own employees, who are trained to handle personal data securely and responsibly. If temporary processors require access to the data, an agreement will be made to ensure data processing is in accordance with the GDPR.

All personal data in the register is protected against unauthorized use, and the server's data security is of a high standard. Printouts and archives are stored in a locked space equipped with security cameras, accessible only by FENIXSTORE.SE's employees.

Transfer of Data Outside the EU

Personal data is not transferred outside the EU, except in exceptional cases. Exceptions apply only to orders coming from outside the EU, in which case shipping information must be transferred to logistics companies to enable delivery.

Use of Cookies

Cookies (small text files placed on the device) are used in the fenixstore.se online store to collect data. Cookies can collect data such as from which page the user entered the store, what pages they browsed, which browser they used, and the IP address of their device. With cookies, we can display advertisements based on user interests and analyze how well our store and pages function. Data collected with cookies is also used for statistical purposes.

Data collected with cookies is not combined with customer register data. Online store customers have the option to disable cookies by changing browser settings to prevent cookies from being stored. However, disabling cookies may limit the use of some features in the online store.
