WH35RE is a versatile ATEX-certified headlamp designed for safety-critical applications.
The light complies with both ATEX and IECEx requirements and is approved for use in
gas atmospheres (Zone 1 & 2) as well as
explosive dust environments (Zone 21 & 22).
The right-angled design allows the light to be used not only as a headlamp, but also as a handheld
flashlight, a chest-mounted light, or a desk/work light. The lamp can be quickly detached from the
headband, making it an excellent solution for maintenance, inspection, and service tasks.
With a maximum output of 280 lumens combined with a one-piece diffusion lens,
the light delivers a uniform, glare-free, and wide beam pattern. This ensures comfortable and
efficient illumination in confined and enclosed spaces without excessive irradiance.
Extreme Mode and Exceptionally Long Runtime
Extreme mode is designed for long-duration and safety-critical use.
In Eco mode, the runtime reaches up to 280 hours, and the light also features
an SOS flashing mode for emergency signaling.
The included explosion-proof battery is specifically designed for hazardous working environments
such as paper mills and oil refineries. The battery enables safe operation in explosive and
flammable atmospheres and provides up to 280 hours of runtime.
Operational Reliability, Ergonomics, and Safe Control
The light is operated via a single large silicone side switch,
ensuring precise and reliable operation even when wearing thick protective gloves.
The anti-static headband is made of oil- and heat-resistant rubber.
Its suction-cup-style structure ensures a secure fit and high wearing comfort
in various working positions.
The light features an internally sealed USB-C charging port and a side-mounted
battery level indicator. The IP66 rating provides protection against dust and
powerful water jets, while the robust body withstands a 2-meter drop
on all six sides.
