Choose the right beam for every situation
The BC45R’s low and high beams can be used separately or simultaneously. Choose the wide low beam to illuminate the area close to you, the long-reaching high beam for fast riding, or both beams when you need maximum output and broad illumination.
The carefully designed beam pattern reduces distracting glare and dark blind spots. It improves visibility both directly ahead and around the edges of the route, increasing confidence and safety on roads, gravel tracks and forest trails.
Wireless remote control for easy operation while riding
The included wireless remote switch allows you to change lighting modes and adjust brightness without taking your hand off the handlebar. The light can be controlled using either the remote switch or the buttons on the light itself.
The dual-control design makes the BC45R easy to operate both while riding and when stationary. The required output is quickly available when your speed increases, the route changes or visibility deteriorates.
The remote switch also provides quick access to the Flash mode. It can be used as a daytime running light, improving the cyclist’s visibility in traffic with bright light pulses. The daytime flash is particularly useful on roads, at junctions and in other situations where it is important for the cyclist to stand out from surrounding traffic.
Clear OLED display shows essential information
The light’s OLED display provides an at-a-glance view of the battery level, brightness level, active lighting mode and charging progress. The clear display makes it easier to estimate the remaining runtime and select the appropriate output level.
Long runtime and USB-C charging
Two included 3400 mAh 18650 batteries provide up to 59 hours of runtime at the lowest output level. The actual runtime varies depending on the selected lighting mode and brightness level.
The BC45R is charged through a universal USB-C port. The light can also be used while charging, allowing the runtime to be extended with a compatible external power source during long rides.
Secure and adjustable mounting
The lightweight and impact-resistant bike mount is made from a combination of nylon and fibreglass. Its robust construction keeps the light securely in place, even on rough, vibrating and technically demanding routes.
The included mounting shims are suitable for handlebars with a diameter of 28–35 mm. The mount can be adjusted horizontally by ±15 degrees, while the vertical angle of the light can be locked in the desired position.
Durable aluminium body for demanding conditions
The BC45R body is made from durable A6061-T6 aluminium. Its impact-resistant construction is designed for demanding use and changing weather conditions.
The IP66 rating provides effective protection against dust, rain and splashing water. The BC45R is suitable for year-round cycling, whether commuting, road cycling or riding off-road.
