Once the charging is complete, make sure to tighten the light head to maintain dust and water resistance. The normal charging time is approximately 4 hours from completely depleted to fully charged (The adapter must support 5V/2A or higher).

A: There are two reasons:
1. Intelligent overheating protection
The flashlight will accumulate a lot of heat when used at relatively high brightness levels for extended periods. When the flashlight reaches a temperature of 60°C or higher, it will automatically step down a few lumens to reduce the temperature.
2. Low voltage warning
When the voltage level drops below the preset level, the flashlight is programmed to step down to a lower brightness level until the low level is reached.
Q8. Why can TK20R UE start to flicker?
A: The reasons that can cause the flashlight to flicker, light intermittently, or even fail to turn on are:
A: Low battery level.
Solution: Charge or replace the battery (Make sure the battery is installed according to the manufacturer's specifications).
B: The contact point or connector on the battery or flashlight is dirty.
Solution: Clean the contact points with a cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol.
